Who is kalacapitalpartners.com? We're an education and financial services company based in Honolulu, HI that educates regular people on how to become good stewards of their money. We've been in business since 2021. Our company is owned by Ethan Ho.
Why are you charging us? This is a charge for either the Kālā Foundations and/or the Master Class program.
Doesn’t ring a bell? If the product names above don't ring a bell, it's possible your significant other or other close family member purchased one of our products. We've found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else signing up for our education material.
Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (or your partner) provided when you/they signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Simply email team@kalacapitalpartners.com.
Can we get a refund?
Kala Foundations Purchases
Refunds for Kālā Foundations are provided within 30 days of the course's purchase date. To request for a refund, please email ethanho@kalacapitalpartners.com.
Master Class Purchases
Refunds will depend on your payment selection when signing up for the Master Class. Please email ethanho@kalacapitalpartners.com for refunds and cancellations. Refunded amount will be prorated.
